It is never our intention to suspend a legitimate user on our platform, as that goes against everything we stand for, but we are required to protect our advertisers from fraud as well as protect our business from malicious users.
It is clearly stated in our rules to never use VPN we don't tolerate any kind of this action.
We have detected several users who manage more than one account so they will all be suspended without exception.
All suspicious accounts do not receive any payments until a depth manual review, and this can take a long time!
Held payments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have been an honest user, you have nothing to worry about it.
