Please take the time to read and understand our Terms and Conditions.This is a binding agreement between Investorclix and user, advertiser. By using https://investorclix.com or any services provided from Investorclix, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as they may be amended by Investorclix from time to time in its sole discretion. Company will post a notice on the Site any time these Terms of Service have been changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Service unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Service and the Site. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1. You'll required to invest on the site to request withdrawals.
1.2. It is prohibited to transfer or sell accounts. Investorclix will not modify any user account upon request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.3. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Guarding your account is your responsibility, and we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account due to password management issues.
1.4. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
1.5. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold under any circumstances.
1.6. The daily instability of viewing ads causes the refund of all payment and ads requests.
1.7. Users who need to stay active by watching at least 5 ads daily.
- Who has referrals (To earn the commissions).
- To receive the requested withdrawal.
- To activate ads purchased from income without investing.
1.8. Inactive members for 30 days may lose their direct referrals.
1.9. Venezuelan residents are not authorized to use Investorclix.
2. REFERRALS
2.1. You may refer unlimited number of people according to your membership.
2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a valid full name, and an unique email address.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you fake referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. All direct referrals purchased onsite are real members who recently registered on Investorclix with genuine interest. Although only the ones who view at least 35 ads in the last 7 days become available for purchase, they are to be distributed without any prediction or assurance of how actively they will be using the site in the future; therefore, direct referrals have no return policy. Additionally, If anyone of your referrals does not stay active or click any advertisement within certain amount of days, they might be removed from your downline in order to let you have an open space for potentially active referrals. Members are given the option to delete their
inactive direct referrals with a small fee.
2.5. You may only earn referral upgrade bonus from the directly assigned referrals via your affiliate link as well as from the ones purchased via Investorclix.
2.6. Buying referrals is subject to availability. You may earn referral upgrade bonus if your referral upgrades after he/she was assigned to your account, we replaces free inactive Direct referrals purchased via Investorclix.
2.7. The clicks you earn are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 5 advertisement at the same time-frame everyday, you will be credited all of the clicks made by your Rental Referrals. Your clicks will be reset based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.
2.8. Ability to earn commission or any incentive by the activities of referrals is a part of a promotion, and subject to change without further notice.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1.
All requests must be made by the account owner.
You can only request a limited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request is subject to S.P.S (Smart Payment System) and ROI limits (vary by membership).
3.2. MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL
Perfect Money = $0.10
Payeer = $0.10
Litecoin = $1.00
Bitcoin = $3.75
3.3. ADD FUNDS
All deposits must be made using the link available in My Account, Add Funds section of Investorclix No other method of payment will be accepted.
3.4. All old users must invest at least $10 or upgrade using payment gateways to withdraw funds.
3.5. All old users must invest at least one dollar ($ 1) every 6 months to receive payments again.
3.6. Users registered since April 19, 2023 are not invited to invest to withdraw money.
3.7. You can only request one payment at a time.
3.8. The deposit history only shows the last six months.
4. ADVERTISEMENTS . ADS
4.1. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended immediately.
4.2. Each advertisement can be viewed by a single account using the same IP per 24 hours. You can use multiple unique IP addresses to login. However, logging in from proxies/VPN is not allowed. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
4.3. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses the name of Investorclix for any unrelated services is not tolerated. Your advertised webpage must load within 5 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Advertised website should be able to support high traffic per second.
4.4. Members are recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to high speed internet with unique IP .
4.5. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed. By advertising your website, you authorize Investorclix to display your content publicly.
5. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
5.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
5.2. Investorclix will be monitoring all hacking attempts and may take legal action in respond.
5.3. Using any sort of programs that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited and will face a proper action.
5.4. Any attempts of piracy and/ or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately.
6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
6.1. Investorclix has the right to suspend any account at any time for good cause, including without limitation for breach of our Terms of Service. In addition to not being respectful and courteous while communicating with our team. 6.2. Members are not allowed to offer cashbacks to the ones who have no genuine interest in becoming a member. If detected, these members will be removed from their uplines. 6.3. Once an account is temporarily suspended, all the balances will be reset, and after permanant suspension all the referrals will be removed and no refunds will be given. 6.4. Suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same name, username or email addresses. 6.5. 30 days of inactivity means an inactive account with 0 balance, thus 180 days of inactivity means the deletion of your account. 6.6. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are inactive, terminated or suspended. Any owner of the suspended account due to inactivity will need to open or request a new account.
7. FORUMS, GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR
7.1. You have access to reading the Forum.
7.2. Only verified users can post in forums (Read FAQ).
7.3. You will always have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
7.4. Any implication of racism, sexism or abusive comments will never be tolerated and will lead to suspension of forum use as well as permanent account suspension. Investorclix will not tolerate any disrespectful attitudes, insults, and meaningless inflammatory posts towards either the members of Investorclix or Investorclix staff/ associates.
7.5. Such actions for the purpose of publicity, provocation, attempts to get referrals, money offers / transfer/ exchange/ money requests and the offer or request of services are not allowed on Investorclix. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated posts/topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links is also not allowed.
7.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Investorclix and / or Investorclix staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
7.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to Investorclix, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.
7.8. the forum is not an advertising place, messages on the forum should not contain ADS.
8. SAFE BOX / REWARDS VIP
8.1. Safe Box balance, it can only be used for upgrading to Investor VI or Investor ++ memberships.
8.2. Only Admin determines who deserves VIP points and converts them into gifts.
9. REFUND POLICY
9.1. The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable.
9.2. The purchase of exposure packages and clicks for your ads are non-refundable.
9.3. The purchase of exposure packages for your banners are non-refundable.
9.4. Safe Box balance is non-refundable.
10. LIABILITY
10.1. Investorclix will not be liable for any kind of delays , loss or failures that are not directly related to Investorclix and therefore beyond our control.
10.2. Investorclix reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.3. Investorclix will not be held responsible for any losses of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
10.4. Investorclix is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
10.5. Investorclix provides advertisement services with affiliate commission and users' earnings merely depend on their own efforts and management skills.
Investor contract
1 - I have read the Terms of Service above. I understand it and undertake to abide by it.
2 - I hereby affirm that nobody has solicited me or enticed me to register with Investorclix against my will.
3 - I understand that if I decide to join Investorclix, I will be joining a private association to earn money from my investment.
4 - I have NOT been led to believe that this activity is an investment activity, franchise, or employment opportunity.
5 - I affirm that I am not an employee or official of any government agency, nor am I acting on behalf of or collecting information for or on behalf of any government agency.
6 - I affirm that I am not an employee, by contract or otherwise, of any media or research company and I am not reading any of the Investorclix pages in order to collect information for someone else.
7 - I affirm that all the information about or related to Investorclix (other than that on the pages available to non-members and the marketing materials authorized for public use) is proprietary and confidential and I will not reveal said information to anyone else.
8 - I affirm that any suggestions of how much can possibly be earned with Investorclix does not constitute a promise that any specific individual will achieve any particular level of earnings. I understand that there are no earnings guarantees and that any money I risk may be lost.
9 - I hereby affirm that my registration as a Investorclix Member is an act of my own volition, and will entitle me access to private and confidential information which I will keep confidential.
